This writ petition is filed seeking a direction to the official respondents

herein to take action against the respondents 11 and 12 for running a swimming

¶38

pool in the third floor of their hotel without following the rules in force.

¶39

2.The petitioner contends that in the third floor of the 11 th respondent

¶40

hotel, there is a swimming pool. However, there are no safety measures for the users of the swimming pool. Hence, he seeks to take action against the 11 th and

12th respondents.

3.On perusing the entire affidavit and after hearing the submissions made by the petitioner, this Court is of the view that the contentions raised by the

petitioner in this writ petition are general in nature and not supported by any materials. Therefore, we are not inclined to entertain this writ petition.
