Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to Refusal Check Slip No. RFL/Keezhsathanur8/2025 dated 27.01.2025 issued by the 2nd respondent, quash the same and consequently directing the 2nd respondent to register the Gift Settlement Deed dated 27.01.2025 executed by the petitioner in favour of his mother Tmt.Sevanthi within a time frame fixed by this Court.

The issue raised in this writ petition is squarely covered by the

Judgment of this Court in Ibunu Mohaideen vs. The Sub Registrar, Kilakarai, Ramanathapuram District, W.P.(MD)No.3347 of 2025 dated 20.02.2025 . Consequently, I am not in a position to sustain the impugned order.

Therefore, following the said Judgment in W.P.(MD)No.3347 of 2025 dated 20.02.2025 , the writ petition is allowed and the impugned Refusal Check Slip No. RFL/Keezhsathanur8/2025 dated 27.01.2025 issued by the 2nd respondent, is quashed. The Sub Registrar shall register the document, which he has refused to do so under the impugned order. No costs.
