PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order in Na.Ka.No.683/Aa1/2022 dated 18.11.2022 on the file of the Respondent No.3 and quash the same as illegal and consequently for a direction, directing the Respondent No.3 to include the petitioner by considering the date of initial appointment of the petitioner i.e., 05.09.2005 and on the basis of the rank secured by the petitioner in the recruitment conducted by Teachers Recruitment Board.
