The petitioner seeks issuance of a writ of mandamus to direct the respondents to pass orders on the petitioner's application for issuance of patta.

2. The petitioner has made an application on 22.11.2024 to the 5 th

respondent. The grievance of the petitioner is that the said application has not been processed for the past several months. Hence, this writ petition.

3. Considering the above, there shall be a direction to the 5 th respondent to consider the petitioner's application, date 22.11.2024 for issuance of patta and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
