2.By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

3.This writ petition is filed to direct the first respondent to conduct investigation with regard to the misappropriation of public funds made by the fifth respondent in Senthamangalam Majara Village Panchayat and pass necessary orders by considering the representations submitted by the petitioner

on various dates.

4.It is seen from the records that for the very same relief sought by the

petitioner herein another writ petition filed by a ward member is pending before this Court in W.P.(MD)No.9807 of 2022.

When the writ petition filed by an another person for the very same

relief is pending before this Court, the petitioner cannot maintain one another writ petition for the same cause of action. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as not maintainable. No costs.
