PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorari calling for the records of the Respondents resulting in the 2^nd respondent Impugned Notice dated 23/01/2019 served on 19/02/2019 in respect of the amount to the tune of half share in Rs.14,73,327/- based on the direction of the 1^st respondent through his letter dated 27/07/2018 issued in Tha.Va1/2014/15 and quash the same in so far as the petitioner is concerned.

The present writ petition has been filed challenging a notice issued under Section 90 of the Tamil Nadu Co-operative Societies Act, 1983, on 23.01.2019.

The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent brought to the notice of the Court that proceedings have been already completed and award has been passed on 12.08.2020. In such view of the matter, nothing survives to be adjudicated in the writ petition.

Accordingly, this writ petition stands closed. No costs. It is open to the petitioner to challenge the arbitration award in a manner known to law. Consequently, connected writ miscellaneous petition is also closed.
