Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 herein not to permit erection of any Cell-phone tower within the residential area by the fourth respondent, particularly in the fifth respondent's property to an extent of 22 ½ cents considering in S.No.189/1A at Thoppunayagam Village, Senniyaviduthi Village Panchayat, Orathanadu Taluk, Thanjavur District and consequently to direct the fourth respondent to erect the Cell phone tower in any other suitable location, based on the petitioner's representation dated 12.02.2022 within a stipulated time that may be fixed by this Court.
