compass, this Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the first respondent to dispose of the application filed by the petitioners in O.A.No.1 of 2024, if not disposed of earlier and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after affording due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as all the parties concerned, within a period of six (6) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
