I have heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mrs.K.Malathi, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

The petitioner sought for issuance of joint patta including the names of the legal heirs of his grandfather. The said application was made by way of representation, dated 29.01.2025.

It is the grievance of the petitioner that despite patta sought for

on 29.01.2025, no action has been taken.
