4.The petitioner aggrieved by the order of the 2^nd respondent,

dated 20.04.2019 has preferred an appeal on 08.05.2019. The said appeal is still pending there without being any progress.

consider and dispose of the pending appeal, dated 08.05.2019 in accordance with law and on merits within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
