The prayer in this writ petition challenges the proceedings of

the Executive Officer, Killiyoor Taluk, Kanyakumari District in Form-II and Form-III and Appendix Form-1 dated 21.02.2024 calling upon them to vacate their occupation of the property in Survey No.609/6.

The same parties had earlier filed W.P(MD)No.11959 of

2025 seeking a Mandamus directing the Commissioner of Land Administration to consider their representation dated 25.01.2022 for 2/5

exchange of the petitioner's patta land under which is at S.No.609/6, for Government Poramboke land in S.No.609/7, Karungal, Kanyakumari District. Pending the present writ petition, the parties have infact acted on the order passed by this Court while disposing W.P(MD)No.11959 of 2025 on 25.04.2025 and have arrived at an agreement for the exchange.

In light of the arrangement as above the prayer in this writ
