Prayer: Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the impugned order in Na.Ka. No.15094/2015/Ku.po1 dated 14.01.2016 on the file of the first respondent and quash the same as illegal and consequently, direct the first respondent to re-allot the public distribution shops to the petitioner within the time frame stipulated by this Court.

One self-help group was running the petition-mentioned fair price shop. By the impugned order, the task of running the shop was entrusted to the Department. Now the self help group appears to have become dis-functional. It is also brought to my notice that pursuant to the interim order granted by this Court in this writ petition, the department is running the shop as on date. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication. This writ petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
