The present Writ Petition has been filed seeking a Mandamus as against the first respondent for issuance of a passport based upon his application dated 20.11.2025 and reply dated 03.12.2025.

2 . By consent, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the third respondent submits that the petitioner has been charge sheeted in C.C.No.1422/2025 on the file of Judicial Magistrate V, Tirunelveli.

4. In the above said facts, the petitioner is directed to approach the concerned trial Court seeking permission of the Court to go abroad. If any such application is filed, the same shall be disposed of 2/4
