By relying on sale deed dated 09.06.2025 and patta No.4398, the petitioner had applied for the survey of 15.53 ares(38.36 cents) in S.No.292/ 3A2 in Konthagai Village, Thiruppuvanam Taluk. The present writ petition relates thereto.

Learned Government Advocate accepts notice for both the respondents. On the basis of instructions, he submits that the survey is scheduled on 01.12.2025.
