The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition seeking a direction to the
second respondent to conduct an enquiry based on C.S.R.No.563 of 2024, dated 26.11.2024, and to initiate necessary action as per law.
2 . Today, when the Writ Petition was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, a case in Crime No.6 of 2025 for the offence under Section 420 of the I.P.C. has been registered by the second respondent Police on 03.01.2025 against the respondents 3 and 4 herein.
3 . Recording the above said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
