ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking direction to the 1st respondent to

pass appropriate orders revising the salary payable to the petitioner equivalent to that of his Junior in pursuant to the proceedings of the 2 nd respondent dated 25.01.2022 and 23.07.2025 as well as by considering the representation given by the petitioner dated 29.02.2024 and 21.02.2025.

Considering the fact that by proceedings dated 23.07.2025, the 2^nd respondent herein had forwarded a proposal to the first respondent to rectify the pay anomaly of the petitioner, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to consider the proposal of the 2^nd respondent dated 23.07.2025 made in Na.Ka.No.15/A/2021-1 within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
