This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the impugned proceedings of the third respondent in Na.Ka.No.A2/1204/2023 dated 26.04.2024, quash the same as arbitrary and illegal, and consequently direct the respondents to implement the earlier administrative sanction granted by the first respondent in Na.Ka.DA10/5415/2023 dated 02.08.2023 under the Namakku Naame Thittam for construction of a 3- metre span RCC slab culvert across the surplus channel of Annamalaiyar Kanmoi, Kirungakottai Village, Sivagangai District.

It is seen that the petitioner has not challenged the main order passed by the first respondent cancelling the said work. In the absence of any challenge to that order, the present writ petition is not maintainable.
