This writ petition is filed challenging the order in Na.Ka.No.

21723/2025/H3 dated 15.08.2025 on the file of the Respondent No.1 and seeking consequential direction to the respondent No.1 to transfer the petitioner to the 3rd respondent office.

In the present writ petition, the challenge is to the order

Standing Counsel appearing for the 3rd respondent submitted that, as on date, there is no vacancy available in the Thirumangalam Municipality to accommodate the petitioner.

In view of the same, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the first respondent to consider the petitioner’s request and accommodate the petitioner as and when a vacancy arises. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
