COMMON ORDER
These writ petitions have been filed seeking issuance of a Writ of
Mandamus, directing the second respondent to issue a Work Site Inspection Certificate and Working Conditions of the Plants and Machineries Certificate, enabling the petitioner to participate in the tender.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner had made a representation to the second respondent on 25.09.2025 seeking issuance of the above said certificates to enable the petitioner to participate in the tender. The petitioner had again made another representation to the second respondent on 27.09.2025. Since no action was taken, the present writ petition has been filed.
3. The learned Additional Advocate General-II appearing for the respondents would submit that the last date to submit the application to the concerned respondent was 25.09.2025. He would further submit that the petitioner had sent the application to the second respondent on

25.09.2025 and that there is no proof before this Court to show that the
petitioner had sent another application dated 27.09.2025.
4. In the absence of any such proof, this Court finds no merit in
these writ petitions and the same stand dismissed. No costs.
