By alleging that the patta in the name of the petitioner's father was wrongly mutated in the names of the private respondents herein, the petitioner has filed an appeal before the Revenue Divisional Officer. By this Writ Petition, the petitioner seeks early disposal thereof.

Learned Government Advocate accepts notice on behalf of respondents 1 to 3. He submits that the appeal would be considered and disposed of on merits within twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
