2.The petitioner wants to practice acupuncture system at the
petition mentioned premises. He has given a representation dated 22.08.2025 in this regard. Before the authority could consider the representation, this writ petition has been filed.
3.The respondents have filed a detailed counter affidavit. The
Joint Director of Medical and Rural Health Services, Virudhunagar is the authority competent to consider the writ petitioner's representation. Even 2/6
