Prayer: To issue a Writ or order or orders very particularly in the nature of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records on the file of the third respondent in Na.Ka.A3/33770/2016 dated 22.06.2017 in promoting the fifth respondent is concerned and quash the same as illegal and ultravires to the Government Order issued in G.O.Ms.No.142, Adi Dravidar and Scheduled Tribe Welfare Department (ADW-7) Department dated 20.07.2016 and consequently direct the respondents 2 and 3 to promote the petitioner as graduate warden with all service and monetary benefits with effect from 01.03.2016 or any other appropriate Writ, order or direction in the nature of a Writ or any other relief as this Court may deed fit in the circumstances of the case and thus render justice.

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for

the petitioner submits that the prayer sought for by the petitioner has become infructuous. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
