Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd and 3rd Respondents to survey the property and also FMB Sketch report, demarcate and fix the four boundary stones of the property of the petitioner comprised Joint Patta No. 1893 in Survey No.242 sub-division 2, in Registration Document No.285/2023 date of execution 08.02.2023, on the basis of petitioner's fee paid Challan No.20240725003120 dated 25.07.2024 total extend of (0.11.34 Acres or 0.28 Cents), Punjai cultivated land situated at situated at Neidalur North, Kulithalai Taluk, Karur District, with police protection at the time of survey the land by considering the petitioner's representation on 20.06.2025.

The writ petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents 2 and 3 to survey the property of the petitioner situated in S.No.242 subdivision 2, in Neidalur North, Kulithalai Taluk, Karur District by considering the petitioner's representation dated 20.06.2025.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mrs.S.Jeya Priya, learned Government Advocate, who takes notice for the respondents 1 to 5 and Mr.M.Vaikkam Karunanithi, learned Government Advocate, who takes notice for the respondents 6 and 7.

By consent of both the parties, the writ petition is taken up for

final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

According to the petitioner, the subject property is her ancestral property. After the death of the petitioner's father, the petitioner's brother executed a release deed on 08.02.2023 releasing his share in the property in favour of the petitioner. The patta for the subject property stands in the name of 15 persons including the petitioner in Patta.No.1893. The

petitioner submitted an application on 25.07.2024 before the official respondents, seeking survey of the subject property and the same has not been considered. Hence, the petitioner has come before this Court.

The learned Government Advocate, who takes notice for the respondents 1 to 5 would submit that the petitioner failed to file an online application and hence, her request has not been considered.

In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the petitioner is directed to produce the acknowledgment for having submitted the online application before the 2^nd respondent within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On production of acknowledgment, the respondents 2 and 3 are directed to consider the application of the petitioner dated 25.07.2024 and pass final orders on its own merits and in accordance with law within a further period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after issuing notice to the petitioner, co-pattadhars in Patta.No.1893, neighboring land owners and other interested parties.
