The learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondents would submit that after filing of the Writ Petition, the petitioner has filed two other Writ Petitions in (i) W.P.(MD)No.11753 of 2020 and (ii) W.P.(MD)No.7713 of 2023, challenging the subsequent developments of the

impugned proceedings in the present petition, which were considered by this Court and the first Writ Petition was dismissed and the second Writ Petition was allowed.

It is pertinent to mention here that in pursuance of the order in W.P. (MD)No.7713 of 2023, the Government has also come up with an amendment to the Recruitment Rules to the post of Livestock Inspector Grade II, vide Gazette Notification dated 14.08.2025. Therefore, the prayer sought for in the present Writ Petition to quash the Government Order in G.O.(4D)No.01, Department of Animal Husbandry, Dairying and Fisheries (KaPa1-2) Department, dated 26.07.2019, has become infructuous.
