The petitioner challenges the communication dated 28.07.2025 send

by the Assistant Commissioner, Perambalur to the Inspector of Police, Lalgudi. The impugned communication is a fallout of the impugned order passed by her removing the petitioner from the post of the hereditary trustee. The said order has since been set aside by me in W.P.(MD)No.14036 of 2025. Since the impugned communication is only a fallout of the earlier order, this also stands set aside. The writ petition is allowed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
