2. The learned Counsel appearing for the sixth respondent submitted that he has filed another writ petition in W.P.(MD)No.21916 of 2025. Therefore, this Court directed the Registry to tag the matter and post it by way of additional list. He further submitted that the eighth respondent has passed away. The said submission is recorded.
3. This Court without expressing any opinion on merits is directing the Revenue Divisional Officer / second respondent to issue notice to the petitioner and the respondents 5 to 10, conduct an enquiry after affording an opportunity of personal hearing, and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law on or before 12.08.2025.
4. With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
