The relief sought for in the present Writ Petition is to direct the

respondents to consider the petitioner's reminder, dated 11.04.2025.

2.The law governing the sale of liquor is in force. Any unauthorized sale of liquor to any person is an offence and the licensee is also liable to be prosecuted.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that no action has been taken by the second respondent/the Assistant Commissioner, Tiruchirappalli.

4.In view of the above, the respondents are directed to look into

the complaint, if any, lodged by the petitioner and to initiate appropriate

action in the manner known to law, as per the terms and conditions of the licence.
