Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records pertaining to the impugned proceedings issued by the 2^nd respondent in S.W(4)56791/2017 dated 25.05.2018 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to permit the petitioner to continue his education in Bachelor of Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery (B.H.M.S) in Maria Homeopathic Medical College and Hospital Kanyakumari District and to permit the petitioner to participate in the examination conducted by the second respondent on par with other students.
