Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the impugned order of the respondent in Na.Ka.No. 597/2020/P dated 17.06.2022 and quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the respondents to mutate the patta in respect of the petitioner's land in Survey No.166/2B, Tanakankulam Village, Madurai South Taluk, Madurai.
