The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of

Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 26.05.2025 in accordance with law to declare the petitioner named Sundari alias Sundarammal is one and the same to ensure the registration before the 4th respondent in accordance with law within the period of time stipulated by this Court.
