The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to complete the enquiry proceedings of the petitioner's Appeal in respect of her fireworks and to pass final order within a stipulated time as framed by this Court.

2. This Court without expressing any opinion on merits, directing the

1st respondent to consider the petitioner's appeal and pass orders in accordance to

law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above observations, this Writ Petition is allowed. There
