in the sixth respondent School as B.T. Assistant, he has not been paid salary in terms of the subsequent Pay Commissions from 2000 onwards. Further, there has been non-payment of salary for the period from 27.11.2002 to 13.10.2003. The petitioner contends that though he had served during that period, his service was not taken into account by the respondents. More particularly, the sixth respondent has failed to pay salary for the said period. It is further stated that the petitioner had challenged the order of deployment passed by the first respondent, dated 19.11.2002, and during that period, there was a stay in his favour. Subsequently, he was allowed to rejoin in the sixth respondent School. However, the period between 27.11.2002 and 13.10.2003 was not regularized for the purpose of salary and pay revision. The petitioner contends that since there was an interim order in his favour, he is entitled to regularization of that period. Hence, he prays for a direction to the respondents to regularize his service and grant him all consequential benefits.
