ORDER
This petition has been filed to direct the respondents to consider
the representation dated 07.06.2019 and treating the petitioner comes under the Old Pension Scheme who joined the Service on 25.02.1998 and count the past service rendered for the purpose of Pensionary benefits.
2.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1, 2 and 4 would submit that pending writ petition, the District Educational Officer, Ramanathapuram, has passed an order in Na.Ka.No.5466/M4/2022 dated 20.03.2025. He has also produced the
order passed by the District Educational Officer, Ramanathapuram and https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 2/5

also annexed the order passed by the third respondent. He would submit that the aforesaid order came to be passed by considering the representation submitted by the writ petitioner and hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ petition.
3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks liberty to writ petitioner to challenge the subsequent order passed by the District Education Officer, Ramanathapuram dated 20.03.2025.
4.Considering the submissions made on either side, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the subsequent order passed by the District Education Officer, Ramanathapuram and order passed by the second respondent. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
