2.The petitioner is a resident of Poruloor Village. He alleges that, to

favour some private individuals, some changes are sought to be made in Survey No.1113 so as to affect the free flow of water in the petition mentioned odai.

3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that the respondents would undertake a comprehensive survey and ensure that all encroachments in the petition mentioned odai are cleared and that free flow of water will be ensured.
