2. The learned Counsel appearing for the respondents 3 to 5 submit that,

they have deposited the entire amount before the Deputy Commissioner of Labour, Madurai on 09.07.2025 and they have also preferred an appeal before the Appellate Authority.

3. In view of the above said facts, the writ petition stands closed with a direction to the Appellate Authority to dispose of the appeal as expeditiously as possible. There shall be no order as to costs.
