The petitioner seeks to allot Panchami lands in Vadakarai, Keezhlpidagai Village, Senkottai Taluk, Tirunelveli District.

2.The petitioner has given a representation as early as on 22.05.2019 seeking allotment of Panjami lands in the light of the Revenue Standing Orders 15(41).

3.The grievance of the petitioner is that though he is entitled for allotment of Panchami lands and the lands are also available, which have been brought to the notice of the Officials by way of information obtained under the Right to Information Act, the second respondent has merely forwarded the application of the petitioner to the third respondent.

4.Now, it is brought to my notice that in view of the District bifurcation, the subject property is lying within Tenkasi District. Hence, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the Tahsildar, Senkottai Taluk, 2/4
