The Petitioner herein seeks a direction to the respondents to survey the Petitioner’s property in S.No.668/19 to an extent of 1880 sq.ft(1.75 ares) and S.No.668/18 to an extent o 1660 sq.ft(1.54 ares) situated at Balakrishnapuram Village and Panchayath, Dindigul East Taluk, Dindigul District in Patta Nos.13802 and 13801 by considering his application to the respondents, dated 14.03.2025.

2.Mr.M.Gangatharan learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2. By consent of both parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3.It is the case of the Petitioner that he purchased the subject property under two sale deeds, dated 26.3.2022 and 22.4.2022. Patta for the subject property stand in the name of Petitioner in Patta Nos.13802 and 13801. He submitted an online application on

14.3.2025 seeking survey of the subject property. The same has not been considered till date. Therefore, the Petitioner has come forward with the present Writ Petition for the relief as stated supra.

4.Mr.M.Gangatharan, learned Government Advocate, who takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the online application submitted by the Petitioner will be considered on its own merits within the time stipulated by this Court.

5.In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the respondents are directed to consider the online application of the Petitioner, dated 14.3.2025 and pass final orders on its own merits after issuing notice to the Petitioner, neighbouring land owners and other interested parties, if any, within a period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
