Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the Respondent Nos.1 to 4 to remove the illegal encroachment made by the Respondents 5 to 18 in Survey No.670/1A, which is Sundarapuram Public Oorani and Survey No.670/1C which is classified as Sundarapuram public land and Survey No.670/1B, which is classified as a public pathway, situated in Sundarapuram, Vellaiyapuram Village, Kamuthi Taluk, Ramanathapuram District, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 28.07.2021.

ORDER
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the official respondents.
2.Even though the learned counsel for the petitioner would strongly assert that the petition mentioned water bodies have been encroached, the materials produced by the official respondents indicate otherwise. Survey No.670/1A was originally classified as Ryotwari Punjai. As on date, they have become patta lands. 670/1B has been classified as road. It remains as it is.

relief to the petitioner. This writ petition stands dismissed. No costs.
