4. Therefore, the petitioner is directed to submit a fresh

representation with all particulars which has been sought for in the proceedings, dated 16.16.2025 within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order to the Tahsildar. Inturn the Tahsildar shall complete the enquiry and submit a report before the District Collector within a period of four weeks thereafter, and the 1 st respondent/District Collector shall pass an order, three weeks therefrom.
