regularise his services for the period from 01.08.1983 to 31.05.1991 and pay all service, monetary benefits including arrears of salary for the said period. Under the impugned order, the petitioner's request has been rejected on the ground that the petitioner is not entitled since the fifth respondent school became a recognised institution and was eligible for aid only from 1991 onwards.

2. Admittedly, the fifth respondent school became a recognized institution only in the year 1991 and was eligible for aid from the respondents only from 1991 onwards. None of the teachers working in the fifth respondent school were regularised for the period from 01.08.1983 to 31.05.1991, when the fifth respondent was an unrecognised institution. There is also no evidence placed on record by the petitioner before this Court to prove that the fifth respondent school was a recognized institution between the period 01.08.1983 to 31.05.1991 and was receiving aid from the respondents for the said period. This Court therefore, does not find any infirmity in the impugned order. Hence, there is no merit in this Writ Petition.
