The tender notice issued by the respondents vide Dhinathanthi daily news paper dated 04.05.2025 is under challenge in the present Writ proceedings.

2.Admittedly, the petitioner has not even filed an application to participate in the process of tender. The tender notice per-se in the present case would not provide a cause and more so, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the 1^st respondent would submit that the tender has already been processed and it is in the final stage.
