The present writ petition has been filed seeking mandamus directing the first respondent to grant approval to the layout application submitted by the writ petitioner through online on 18.02.2025.

Considering the above said facts, the petitioner is directed to submit an application in person to the first respondent herein within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order along with the interim order passed in C.R.P.(MD)No.1217 of 2025.
