It is now brought to the notice of this Court by the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents that subsequent to the filing of this Writ Petition, Ramakrishnan Mission Vivekananda University has been considered to be a recognized educational institution for B.P.Ed., course. In view of the same, the prayer sought for in this Writ Petition has now become infructuous.

2. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
