The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 3 rd respondent to forthwith register the sale deed document dated 28.03.2025 in favour of the petitioner in respect of the lands to and extent of Hec.1.30.50 (acres.3.24 cents)in survey Nos.151/1A, 151/5A, 151/6, 151/7, 153/4A and buildings therein Peramangalam Village, Musiri Taluk, Trichy District, by accepting the stamp duty, registration charges and other charges paid by the petitioner.

2.The petitioner has already presented the documents on 08.04.2025 and the same were returned without any reason. The respondents have to either accept and register the documents or issue objection slip. If the value of the property is lesser then the document may be referred to the Stamp Collector. But the respondents cannot be keep the document pending without any reason or

return without any reason.

3.Therefore, this Court is directing the petitioner to resubmit the sale

deed within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the respondents shall consider the same in accordance to law and the respondents shall act as per law.

4.With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
