The petitioner seeks issuance of writ of mandamus to direct the respondents to conduct survey and fix boundaries in respect of three survey numbers.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the respondents.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner fairly admits that payment has been made only in respect of one survey number, namely Survey No.3 (463-P) measuring an extent of 7.50 Ares. In respect of remaining two survey numbers, namely Survey Nos. 3(459) measuring an extent of 71 ares and 1(463-P) measuring an extent of 1.22 Hectares, the petitioner undertakes to make necessary online applications and pay necessary charges.

4. In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to make necessary online applications and pay necessary charges within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. On such applications being made
