PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 3^rd respondent to remove the remarks made in the encumbrance certificate with respect to the Doc. No.1265/2012, dated 30.03.2012, registred in the office of the Sub-Registrar, Arasaradi (erstwhile) now brought under the administration of the 3^rd respondent, cancelling the document by the proceedings of the 2^nd respondent in Na.Ka.No. 5950/A2/2021 dated 11.01.2022, based on the representation given by the petitioner to the 3^rd respondent in person on 15.03.2025.
