ORDER
The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that prayer sought
for in this writ petition has now become infructuous in view of the fact that subsequent to the issuance of the impugned Show Cause Notice, final order has been passed by the third respondent dismissing the petitioner from service.

the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
