The writ petition has been filed for a writ of mandamus to direct

the respondents to grant ordinary leave for 3 months without escort for treatment to the detenu, Murugesan, S/o.Mariappan bearing PID. No. 220843, serving life sentence at Palayamkottai Central Prison by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 11.08.2025.

When the writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the representation of the petitioner has been considered and the 1^st respondent has rejected the same on 10.09.2025.

In view of the above, since the 1^st respondent has already
