The writ petition has been filed for a writ of mandamus to direct the 2^nd and 3^rd respondents for 28 days ordinary leave without escort to the petitioners brother namely Vijay, S/o.Pandi, Convict Prisoner (C.P. No. 5552, PID No.26865) now confined under Central Prison, Madurai for the purpose of his mother's medical illness by considering the petitioner's representation dated 04.07.2025.

considered and rejected the representation of the petitioner seeking leave for seven days on 29.07.2025, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, the petitioner is at liberty to work out her remedy in the manner known to law, if she is aggrieved by the rejection order.
