Rathinasamy (C.P.No.16412) who is confined at Central Priosn Coimbatore (Life Convict Prisoner No.16412) and further directing the respondents to treat the petitioners son as an eligible life convict prisoner for premature release by G.O.(Ms)No.488 dated 15.11.2021 by considering the petitioners representation dated 22.08.2205 within the time frame stipulated by this Court and to set the petitioner at liberty.

Since this writ petition is filed for Mandamus simpliciter, to direct

respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner, this Court, without expressing any view or opinion with regard to the merits of the case, directs the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 22.08.2025 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, expeditiously as possible.
